Support & Guidance

We are here to offer you ongoing support after any assessment we undertake with you.

In addition, there are a number of National and Local sources of support and guidance on issues that might be of help in the present or in planning for the future.

Our Support Services

Assessment and

follow up

We will provide you with an initial assessment and follow up visits for as long as you need. These visits can be arranged in our clinic rooms or in the home if necessary.

The appointments will be to discuss your memory and how you are managing, how best we can help you receive further support or advice if needed.

Behavioural

Support

Sometimes relatives of people living with dementia will encounter difficult and emotional situations where their relative may be experiencing behaviours of concern.

This may be in the home or in a residential aged care facility.

Whether you are an existing client or a new client we can offer visits either in your home, the clinic or at the residential aged care facility.

Collaborative Care

Working with Multi-Disciplinary professionals allows you to gain knowledge, skills and

advice on ways to optimise your Quality of Life.

Dementia-specific Occupational Therapy, Psychology,  Nursing and Physiotherapy are just some of the

professionals who we can direct you to.
