We will provide you with an initial assessment and follow up visits for as long as you need.
These visits can be arranged in our clinic rooms or in your home if necessary.

Sometimes relatives of people living with dementia will encounter difficult and emotional situations where their relative may be experiencing behaviours of concern.
Working with Multi-Disciplinary professionals allows you to gain knowledge, skills and advice on ways to optimise your Quality of Life.
Dementia-specific Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing and Physiotherapy are just some of the
professionals who we work with.

Online Website Resources
There are South Australia specific & Australia wide agencies available that provide an additional source of information and advice.
The national Dementia support charity. Their website offers invaluable advice and support. You can also arrange further post diagnostic support through them either through self or professional referral.
Changes in behaviour can occur as part of the disease process or when environmental factors or personal circumstances change.
This is often distressing for the person living with dementia and those close to them.

DBMAS offer 24 hour phone support for families, health professionals and those working with people living with dementia.

This is the online portal through which you can register for support services. It is worthwhile registering early with my aged care so that services can be instituted without long wait periods.
The process can be time consuming and if you need help we can facilitate these assessments.
